Adam is a Manager specialising in entrepreneurship education, strengthening innovation ecosystems, accelerating startups and providing access to funding. His work includes designing and delivering acceleration programmes, including the Challenger Accelerator, supporting research commercialisation, and helping startups turn innovative ideas into scalable businesses. He works with founders, researchers and ecosystem organisations across Europe to bring innovations to market and support their growth.
