Adam is the founder of the first advisory company started under the Civitta banner, established in Lithuania in 2010. Before launching Civitta, Adam amassed over a decade of professional experience in the consulting industry, including six years at McKinsey & Co. He is an expert in strategy and organizational development, as well as an enthusiast of history, languages and cultures. Adam is committed to building a company that can grow and develop young professionals in the CEE region. In parallel to his work in Civitta, Adam is also an independent Board member of several leading international companies headquartered in Lithuania.
