Karina is a Project Manager with a background in marketing and communications, primarily focusing on innovation, technology, and the SME sectors. Her key projects include hackathons, acceleration programs, programs supporting SMEs, and educational programs. Throughout her professional journey, she has collaborated with a diverse range of entities, including corporations, startups, funds, and innovation companies, across regions such as Ukraine, Israel, and EU countries. Additionally, Karina serves as the local representative of the Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs program in Ukraine.
