As COO, Roman is responsible for Civitta’s internal operations: overseeing processes, resource planning, and cross-team coordination. He works closely with internal operational departments on a daily basis to resolve bottlenecks and keep the company running efficiently as it grows. Roman is also a member of Civitta’s executive board.
