Yuliia is an independent public policy consultant with 8+ years of experience in the legal and political spheres, as well as leadership and management experience. Professionally, she focuses on advancing Ukraine’s EU accession and foreign policy. She has experience leading complex multi-stakeholder coordination processes of reform implementation as part of her work on supporting the management of the Ukraine Facility and the EU integration, as well as preparation to the Ukraine Reform Conference 2022 in Lugano. Yuliia holds an LL.M degree from the National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy and an MSt in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Oxford.
