Age brings 15 years of expertise in collaborative international R&D funding, including programs such as Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, and the Single Market Program. Her skills encompass proposal writing, project implementation, and providing extensive training in the domain. Presently, she directs her focus towards strategically developing and managing the Innovation and Funding service lines at Civitta. She leads a team of 130 consultants across 10 countries within the firm.
