The initial phase involved a detailed operational assessment, where Civitta conducted a comprehensive review of existing workflows, team structures, and decision-making frameworks. This organizational health check identified key challenges that threatened Golden Fields’ scalability, enabling the team to develop a clear hypothesis for optimization and set the foundation for strategic improvements.
The final phase of the project focused on implementation planning. Civitta developed a comprehensive roadmap outlining the timeline for change management, along with a structured internal communication plan to ensure employees remained informed and engaged throughout the transition.
Building on these insights, Civitta designed a new organizational structure that emphasized agility and scalability. The new framework reallocated decision-making centers to accelerate processes, streamlined roles to improve accountability and career progression, and introduced updated compensation and performance evaluation principles. These enhancements included KPIs that aligned individual and team performance with company-wide growth objectives. To support these changes, Civitta also recommended new systems and tools to boost operational efficiency.
The collaboration delivered significant results, equipping Golden Fields with the structure and processes needed to sustain its rapid growth. Operational efficiency improved, streamlining production processes and enhancing the overall work environment.
The company successfully secured a €30M investment from a strategic partner, reinforcing its financial position for future expansion. Additionally, Golden Fields launched two new production facilities in the Baltics, significantly increasing manufacturing capacity and supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives.
