Stela Corobceanu is an Associate Partner at CIVITTA with solid expertise in Economic and Regulatory Reform, Regional Development Programs development, Central and Local Public Administration reform. She possesses functional experience in development of regional pipelines of investable projects, mentoring triple- quadruple helix initiatives in innovation and technology transfer. Stela puts a strong emphasis on Gender mainstreaming and inclusiveness and participatory involvement of LPA, BSOs, CSOs, CPAAs. She acted as Policy Advisor to Parliament, covering Environmental and Regional Development sectors, Performed Results-Oriented independent monitoring reviews of ongoing EU-funded interventions in the European Neighbourhood Region. As a civil servant- both Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and chief of Foreign Trade Department- Ministry of Economy, Stela gained valuable experience in managing internal and external challenges in the political, economic and social spheres and promoted both national and international multi-stakeholder’s dialogue.
