Aukse leads the Innovation & Funding Attraction Team and provides consulting services for innovation. Aukse offers the whole cycle of services in this field to help with the entire process, including evaluating project ideas, ensuring compliance with the call requirements, assessing the level of innovation, preparing proposals, and providing support for project implementation. Her primary areas of expertise include R&D, digitalisation, energy efficiency, and circular economy initiatives. Auksė believes that a company’s most valuable asset is its dedicated employees, who work collaboratively to create added value for customers and society.
