Our crew fearlessly tackles towering peaks (except for Everest and K2 – those are on the “maybe someday” list), charts uncharted territories, and embraces all challenges and adventures. We believe that curiosity is part of the job at Civitta. There’s no way to solve complex, multinational projects without the love of intellectual pursuit. You’ll be working hands-on from your first day at Civitta, in an environment that affords you the space to come up with truly brilliant ideas.

In spite of our extensive geographical reach, diverse business sectors and varying professional backgrounds, we stand as one international team. We work in unison on projects and initiatives, and we make it a point to meet each other several times throughout the year.
